1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Be in their original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Wigs that have been worn, used, washed, cut, styled, or altered
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Final sale or clearance items, if marked as non-returnable
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
4. Return Process
To request a return, please contact us by email before sending any item back.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
